Social Media & Content Manager

What You’ll Be Doing
Developing and managing client social media strategies and posting calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Creating engaging short-form and long-form video, photography, graphics and written content for campaigns and always-on storytelling, as well as support larger campaign shoots from concepting through to creative direction.
Editing video content (Reels, TikToks, paid assets) using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
Working with clients marketing team to align content with key campaigns, launches, and brand milestones.
Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients while ensuring all content aligns with brand vision and tone.
Staying ahead of social trends, features, and cultural movements relevant to our clients’ audiences.
Monitoring content performance and tracking KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
You’ll Bring
Minimum 3 years of experience in social media, digital content, or brand marketing.
A degree in communications, marketing, media, or similar.
Proven success in developing and implementing social strategies that drive engagement and growth.
Excellent copywriting skills and strong aesthetic judgment.
Exceptional video editing and iPhone filming ability, with confidence creating content natively within social apps.
Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Bonus points for drone or professional camera skills.
A proactive, analytical, and organised nature, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Confident leadership and communication skills to liaise directly with clients and guide internal team members toward high-quality outcomes.
A passion for rural, regional, and purpose-driven brands.
Needs to have an Australian drivers license, monthly travel will be involved.
